"O energy from the Astral plane, swirl and gather... be a boon to mine allies and a bane to mine enemies!"

You call forth a magickal storm from the astral plane, manifesting in violet lightning and purple mist emanating from the centre of the base of the cylinder, which meddles with the senses – negatively for enemies, and postively for allies.

The magickal storm manifests in a 10m radius, 6m high Cylinder. The area is Lightly Obscured. You can designate any number of creatures to receive the positive effects from this spell (allies). All other creatures within the area when the storm first appears must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or be

Stunned
until the end of their next turn.

If a creature ends its turn within the area, it must roll percentile dice, as the storm manipulates the mental faculties to debilitate or buff the creature. It receives the corresponding effect* on the following table depending on whether it has been designated an ally or an enemy.

01-20 Protect for 1 minute. Blinded for 1 minute.
21-40 Shell for 1 minute. Asleep for 1 hour.
41-55 Invisible for 1 minute or until it makes an attack or casts a spell. Restrained for 1 minute.
56-70 Regen for 1 minute. Berserk for 1 minute.
71-82 Reraise for 1 minute. Confused for 1 minute.
83-94 Haste until the end of their next turn. Paralysed until the end of their next turn.
95-00 Immune until the end of their next turn. Instant KO.

These effects persist even when the spell ends. A creature affected by any of the conditions granted by this spell can make an Intelligence saving throw at the end of each of their turns to try and remove one of these conditions on a successful save.

Furthermore, at the end of their turns, an ally regains 5 HP and an enemy takes 5 PSYCHIC damage while within the area. This PSYCHIC damage doesn't wake a creature up from the Sleep condition.

Creatures with an INT score of 2 or lower are unaffected by this spell.

You thought Mesmers were annoying in GW2, but then comes this spell...
